Through MS support it got escalated to their tier 2. A guy had a 30min remote session with my machine, and couldn't find anything wrong at all. But the stuttering from the DPC issue continues. Yesterday i even installed a new network adapter hoping that would fix it, but nope. The onboard network adapter is realtek, the new one is intel. So 2 different brands.

With this you can. I am not sure if what I did is recommended, setting my audio applications to only run on cores that had the least spikes, but it works. I also noticed it does other optimization just running. The Dpc Latency is not spiking as much or as high as soon as Process Lasso is started. If you read through the info there is a lot it does to correct Windows issues. All the workarounds on this forum are fine, but not optimal. This wifi card is fine for gaming, but terrible for audio production.

During the few seconds of slowness high latency spikeyou may notice jerky and erratic mouse movement, poor quality, stuttering, audio, and pausing and skipping in real time video playback. Run the System Maintenance troubleshooter and check the status. On the left pane click " View all " and then click " System Maintenance " and run the troubleshooter.
Once the troubleshooter is run, restart the computer and check the status. System File checker SFC scan is done to check if there are any corrupted system files that could be causing this issue. Does not sound like latency but rather an audio issue. Unless the FPS dropped dramatically it is probably a driver. I would start by removing the current audio driver and installing a clean copy. I would suggest you to perform clean boot and check the issue. Clean boot is performed to start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs.
